Activity	Description
Obstacle Course	Teams must go through several obstacles, such as hopping through tires, crawling inside tunnels, and jumping over hurdles.
Electric Fence	The objective is for the entire team to get over the “electric fence” (the string or rope) without getting “electrocuted” (touching the rope). Only one team member can go over at a time, but teammates can help them. The last person, each time, must somehow get over the fence without help from the other side. This game requires lots of teamwork and cooperation.
Marble Transfer	A fast-paced activity where participants get one half-pipe tubing. The group must transfer a marble from one point to another without dropping it.
Canoe Relay	Teams will ride a canoe and paddle to a certain point, working together to reach their destination.
Helium Stick	A deceptively simple but powerful exercise for learning to work together and communicate. The challenge is to lower a helium stick (rod) to the ground with every team member’s index finger in contact with the rod.
